Mini Gantry Cranes with a lifting capacity of 5.0 tons are used for loading and unloading operations in environments where stationary lifting equipment is not required or cannot be installed. They are widely used in construction, repair work, industry, assembly operations and specialized operations; providing efficient movement of loads in confined spaces. Mini Gantry Cranes have sufficient lifting capacity and maneuverability to facilitate and speed up work processes in a variety of industries.
As with standard gantry cranes, the main mechanism for lifting and moving loads is the telpher (hoist). The object is gripped by the hook suspension and lifted to the desired height within 6.0 meters. It can also move freely along the length of the span in the maximum range up to 5.0 m. The crane unit itself can move on a level concrete floor or on rails, if this is provided for in the project beforehand.
